Eligibility

• High school graduates (or expected graduates) and those with equivalent or higher academic qualifications (those who fall under any category in Article 98, Section 1 of the Enforcement Decree of the Elementary and Secondary Education Act)
• TOPIK (Test of Proficiency in Korean) Level 3 or higher

Required Documents

• High school graduation certificate (embassy or consulate confirmation/notarization)
• TOPIK Level 3 or higher certificate
• Copy of foreign ID card, copy of Alien Registration Card (domestic)
• Passport copy
• Other documents
